Building Your Career in Real Estate Correctly!

A career in real estate offers exciting income potential, flexibility and lifestyle, yet the reality is that many new agents struggle to find long-term success, with a significant percentage leaving the industry within their first year. This high turnover rate is often tied to a system that prioritizes brokerage profits over long term agent development.

At our organization, we believe in equipping agents with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry, we encourage and help our newly licensed real estate salesperson continue their education and not just stop with their salesperson course.  Agents can build their confidence not only with real life experience but with more education.  While closing sales techniques can teach you how to close clients, they rarely prepare agents how to truly build a relationship with their clients that perfectly resembles their personality, so they don’t feel out of place and can truly build a lasting business.

Real Estate is an industry where you can make an honest living to provide for yourself and your family while comfortably paying your taxes, saving for retirement and enjoying a flexible work schedule and vacation schedule.  It’s empowering to have control of your time when its used wisely.

Our goal is to correctly teach you how to build your business so that you can have an independent real estate business.  You didn’t get into real estate to work for someone every weekend and rely on a famous team leader for leads, a famous website to purchase expensive leads, an online lead generation company that refers you leads only to take 35% or more at closing, an office who encourages you to recruit.  You got into real estate to do real estate while earning an honest and good living for yourself.

At Harbor Gray we also understand some of the pitfalls of the industry, that is why we have a clear independent contractor agreement that clearly dictates what you will earn on your sales in order that you don’t have to expect any surprises if you decide to make an organizational move in the future.  We understand that a real estate brokerage deals with agents’ financial livelihoods, we want our agents to be always be respected and treated fairly.  We don’t expect you to take our word for it, we believe everything should be clearly put in writing.
